Guiding Warriors on
their path to wellness
Our Clinicians
LCSW
Licensed in Texas, Colorado, and Florida.
I’m an Air Force veteran, LCSW, and owner of Ironwood Therapeutic Wellness. I specialize in trauma-focused care and enjoy working with veterans, first responders, military members, and frontline healthcare professionals. My approach is grounded in EMDR, IFS, CPT, KAP, and person-centered therapy, but more than anything, I believe healing genuinely starts with feeling heard.
Outside of work, I love exploring Texas with my husband, our son, and our two dogs—including Chloe, my service dog. I’m a proud baseball mama and enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, finding local gems, and ending the day with a good glass of wine.
Meet Sarah C.
LPC
Licensed in Texas and Oklahoma
I’m a therapist with a background rooted in service, healthcare, and military communities. As a retired medic and Navy “brat,” I understand many of the unique experiences and transitions connected to military life. I spent much of my career as a contractor and medic supporting the Air Force and Army, including work alongside service members, Department of Defense personnel, and contractors in the United States and the Middle East.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered, collaborative style. I believe therapy should feel human, supportive, and tailored to you—not overly clinical or one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and work together toward what comes next.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and rescue dogs, traveling whenever I have the opportunity, and learning about history and cultures different from my own.

Business Operations Manager
I am a Business Operations Manager and U.S. Air Force veteran with a bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Management. I bring a disciplined, process-driven approach to improving efficiency and supporting organizational growth. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to my son and a dog owner to two energetic pups. I enjoy camping, grilling with friends and neighbors, and staying active at the gym.

Hello, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, cultural identity, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing. I provide a supportive, culturally sensitive space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface and begin meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in trauma, generational trauma, women’s issues, mood & anxiety disorders, PTSD, identity development, grief, and perimenopause/menopause. I also have experience supporting veterans, first responders, and their families through the unique challenges they face.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. I integrate evidence-based practices including ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), CBT, DBT, KAP, and CPT to help you build insight, develop practical strategies, and feel more emotionally grounded in your day-to-day life. Big emotions can hold us down but you don't have to do this alone- I'm here to support you every step of the way.

LPC
Licensed in Texas and Florida
I’m a trauma therapist specializing in EMDR, KAP, somatic therapy, and CPT, with a flexible, person-centered approach to care. I began this work with a passion for treating PTSD and quickly found my place supporting those in high-stress, service-driven roles—like first responders, healthcare professionals, and military members. My advanced training is tailored to meet the unique needs of these communities.
I also have experience working with complex personality dynamics, including Borderline Personality Disorder.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a book-loving, game-playing, coffee-devoted human who enjoys hiking with my partner and very large, very lovable dog.
Meet Chloe, Kailee’s Service Dog
“LCSW” Service Animal
I am a purebred black Lab that loves lazy days and sleeping on the couch with anybody that will give me loves. I enjoy the occasional boost of playtime with certain toys but I am not much for tug of war. If you need some cuddles I am your pup. One of my favorite jobs is to help mom when she is experiencing any of her PTSD symptoms.
